How do I purchase tickets to an event at Round Rock Amp?

Advance tickets may only be purchased through our website and our ticket provider, Eventbrite Tickets. Tickets will be available when the doors open on the day of the show unless marked as sold out. Due to limited capacity, the safest option is always to purchase tickets online ahead of time. Tickets purchased through third-parties do not guarantee entry.

Where is Round Rock Amp located?

We are located at 3701 N IH 35 Round Rock, TX 78665. We are on I-35 just south of JC Penney and IKEA.

Is there parking available on site?

Yes, we offer parking on site for $20 per car, CASH ONLY.

Where do I go to park at Round Rock Amp?

The main entrance to our parking lots is located on Mays Street.

If you are heading North on IH-35, Exit 1431 / Cedar Park. Go up to the light and turn right on University. Then take your second right onto Mays. The parking lot entrance is located ahead on your right side.

If you are heading South on IH-35, Exit 1431 / Cedar Park. Go up to the light and take a left on University. Turn right onto Mays. The parking lot entrance is located ahead on your right side.

Is there seating at the venue?

Can I upgrade my tickets?

Yes! Visit our box office located by the front gate upon arrival and we can upgrade your tickets.

Is cash accepted at the venue?

Round Rock Amp accepts CASH AND CARD payments for any purchases made at the venue.

Is there food available at the venue?

Yes. Walk up food service is available for all patrons. No outside food or beverages are allowed.

Does Round Rock Amp serve alcohol?

Round Rock Amp has a full bar serving beer, wine and liquor. Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Minors caught in possession of alcoholic beverages will be escorted out immediately and referred to law enforcement.

When did Round Rock Amp open?

Central Texas’ newest venue held its grand opening in April 2022 with 2 nights of Outlaw Country artist Cody Jinks. The venue is helmed by the owners and operators of iconic Hill Country venue, Nutty Brown Amphitheatre, which closed in November 2021. Round Rock Amp features a wider range of genres beyond the country and rock acts Nutty Brown was known for, with a lineup that spans food festivals to rap and hip hop.

“The opening of Round Rock Amp will bring more first-class entertainment to town,” said Round Rock Mayor Craig Morgan. “We look forward to this new venue attracting great artists to our community, and the additional benefits it will provide for our citizens.”

The 18 acre parcel where Round Rock Amp is being constructed is tucked amongst the trees of the former McNeil Park. It includes a convertible general admission area and reserved seating to accommodate many types of events – including concerts, festivals and community events.

Do I need a covid test or proof of vaccination to come to a concert?

No covid test or proof of vaccination is needed to attend a concert.

Are there reserved seats in the VIP Grove or the VIP Beer Garden?

No. Both VIP areas are general admission standing room only areas. Each VIP section has limited tables/seating that are not reserved.

Are Pets Allowed Inside The Venue?

Round Rock Amp only allows licensed service animals into the venue. Any animals that are not for service are not allowed on the property.

Can I bring a purse inside the venue?

Yes. Purses are allowed in, but will be subject to search upon entry. No large bags or backpacks are allowed.

Can I bring a chair or blanket inside?

No outside chairs are allowed. Blankets are allowed to sit on the grass.
